Digital Delivery

SOFANATIC sells digital embroidery software and software licences. No physical products are shipped.

After payment has been successfully completed, your order will be processed electronically.

Depending on the product, delivery may be made by:

• Email containing the licence or activation information; or

• Another electronic delivery method specified on the product page.

Delivery Time

Most digital orders are delivered within a few minutes to 24 hours after successful payment.

In some cases, additional verification may be required before an order is delivered. This may result in a longer processing time.

Email Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address during checkout. Please check your spam, junk or promotions folders if you do not receive your order.

Delivery Problems

If you have not received your digital product within the stated delivery period, please contact us with your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

We will investigate the order and assist with delivery where appropriate.

International Customers

Our digital products can be purchased by customers in the United States and other supported countries. Since products are delivered electronically, there are no physical shipping charges.

Any taxes or charges applicable to the customer's purchase will be handled according to the information presented during checkout and applicable law.
